2. Service Scope

We provide digital consulting services including Graphic Design, NGO Documentation, Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing. Specific project terms will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials produced during a project remain the intellectual property of CrossPoint until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback to ensure project deadlines are met. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

CrossPoint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any digital products delivered.
