At CrossPoint, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial stages of a project, please contact us immediately to discuss revisions or alternative solutions.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are typically only available if requested before significant project work has commenced. Once a project phase is completed and approved, those costs are non-refundable.

3. Retainers & Deposits

Deposits made to secure project commencement are generally non-refundable as they cover initial research and administrative costs.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding service delivery or billing should be addressed through our official contact channels. We aim to resolve all issues through mutual agreement within 30 days.

5. Cancellation

Projects can be cancelled by giving written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
